WHAT IS SMC?

The SMC Module is an independent treatment system utilizing improved flat-sheet MBR (Model: EZMBR) made from permanently hydrophilic PTFE composite membrane. The module operates on the principle of activated sludge combined with membrane filtration; water permeating through the membrane is collected into a manifold (TMP) and discharged via a centrifugal pump. The equipment is manufactured in a steel container format, making it convenient for transportation and installation.

Treatment Capacity: 50 – 8000 m³/day (standard conditions, parameters can be customized upon request).
Output Quality: Ensures output water meets discharge/reuse requirements according to local standards.
Applications: Factories, workshops, industrial parks, residential areas, resorts/hotels, projects with limited land availability…
Control System: PLC + monitoring interface; supports remote monitoring connections upon request
Main Equipment Warranty: 12 months or according to contract terms
Support: Provides operation manuals, routine maintenance schedules; negotiable long-term servicing & support packages.

Shell & Outer Structure: Environmentally compatible materials, anti-corrosion design; lifespan: 10 – 20 years when operated and maintained in accordance with guidelines.
